Peninsula Irrigation Co. has been in business on the SF Peninsula since 1978. We are a licensed and insured plumbing company that has specialized in residential repair and installation of water mains, outdoor irrigation systems and, for the last 20 years, high level outdoor landscape lighting systems.

1. Consultation: We will schedule a Consultation for a Technician to come out for a flat-rate dispatch cost. The Technician will spend up to 1 hour on site to diagnose your specific irrigation/lighting needs and provide a solution along with a firm estimated cost for needed system repairs or modifications. If you choose to proceed with any estimated work, we will schedule the work for another day and apply the initial dispatch fee toward the final cost.
2. Service Repair: We will schedule our Technicians to arrive ready to make an irrigation/lighting diagnosis and repair during the very first visit. The length of the visit is tailored by our scheduler to the needs you have. There may be additional factors or repairs that our Technicians communicate to you at the end of this visit. In such cases, we can gladly schedule a follow-up visit to address any such items at your discretion. Our irrigation/lighting service repair rates are per hour for each assigned Technician. Materials used will be in addition to the labor charge.

We communicate all labor rates transparently up front when scheduling an appointment. The initial visit is typically between 1-3 hours in length depending on your needs. At the end of the initial visit, the Technicians will review any larger-scope items with you along with the associated costs. There is no obligation to continue with any recommended work after the first visit.

We offer a 1-year warranty against workmanship defect. If a repair of ours fails within one year we will cover the new repair at no cost to the customer. We use the highest quality products available, but if a material used in a repair fails, we will warranty the product, as long as its under the manufacturer warranty, but have to charge labor to correct or replace the product. We want to stress our policy of honesty and fairness throughout the entire warranty process- customer satisfaction is our highest priority.

If any Consultation or Service Repair job is cancelled within 24 hours of the start time, a cancellation fee will apply.

Yes we can! There are many plumbing components that our Technicians are trained to check and diagnose to pinpoint leaks. We also have some specialized equipment that helps us with this process. In some cases, we will defer to a specialized leak location company.

We are a paperless company so all invoicing will be done electronically through email. Please be prepared to make payment upon the conclusion of the visit. We accept all major credit cards.
